This Cuvée is an exceptional wine. It is only vinified when certain conditions exist to be able to create a Champagne of such incredible quality.
Delicate, flowing bubbles draw you in and the quality can be tasted from the first drop with a pleasant roundness and full sensation.
Notes of ripe fruit and dried fruit create a sense of completeness and complexity. Its a wine whose flavor lingers, something which is beautifully balanced by a nice freshness.
This Champagne is exceptional as an aperitif, or alone for a moment of reflection. It also works extremely well with a full dining menu , at the likes of a dinner party or an evening meal with someone special.
