The interplay between hardness and delicacy creates a harmony that is truly intriguing to the palate. This balance and these characteristics are typical of a great Riesling. They are  challenging to achieve, making this wine all the more special to indulge in.

 

You'll find floral aromas and fragrances typical of Rieslings from the Alsace region. It's best served with starters, soups, vegetables, grilled fish or in a sauce like guazzetto. It also works particularly well with white meats (boiled and grilled), porks, and cheeses.
