This is a beautifully fresh Riesling with a golden yellow color and slight hints of green that its reflect its youth as a wine. At the nose, there are hints of orange fruits and pink grapefruit. These lead you into a palate that is fresh and precise, with plenty of finesse and elegance and a very citrusy finish.
This is a certified organic wine, FR-BIO-01 with the full, natural flavors of the grapes able to shine through.
Suggestions for pairing: savory appetizers, cold and hot appetizers, game salami, sauerkraut with meat or fish, shellfish, artichokes, white pudding, cauliflower, and cheeses (Chaorce, and Brillat-Savarin in particular).
