Only the finest Chardonnay and Pinot Noir grapes from an outstanding vintage are selected to create this Champagne of exceptional quality. The equal blend of white and black grapes evolves into a complex yet harmonious tasting experience, characterized by aromas of ripe fruit and a fresh finish. As the Guide Hachette wrote in 2005: “Pinot Noir and Chardonnay contribute in equal measure to its harmonious roundness.” It is the perfect pairing throughout an entire meal, whether with fish or meat, and with dishes featuring spicy or delicately sweet notes, creating a unique experience every time. And we are not alone in thinking so: this cuvée has received important accolades, including the Prix d’Excellence at the French Vinalies 2009 competition and the Coup de Cœur from the Guide Hachette 2003.

Its harmonious structure makes it an excellent choice throughout the meal. Perfect with shellfish and seafood dishes, pan-seared scallops, prawns, langoustines, tuna and richly textured fish. It also pairs elegantly with white meats, delicately spiced dishes, goat’s cheese and mature Italian cheeses such as Parmigiano Reggiano and Pecorino.
