In 2024, this cuvée was awarded the Gold Medal at Mundus Vini, a prestigious recognition that follows the Silver Medal received at the international Chardonnay du Monde competition in 2020.This cuvée is made exclusively from white grapes, Chardonnay, grown on just 10% of the Coopérative’s total vineyard area. Its straw-yellow colour is enhanced by delicate, brilliant reflections. Fine, rapid streams of bubbles rise through the glass, creating a beautiful mousse on the surface. On the nose, the first impression recalls citrus fruit. This is quickly followed by yellow flowers, such as mimosa, bringing elegance and refinement. Seductive notes of candied lemon and delicate orange blossom then emerge, creating a pleasing sensation of clarity and fine precision. On the palate, the effervescence is lively and pleasant. Freshness gives structure to the tasting experience, while the light dosage contributes a refined sense of elegance. The body of the wine and the parlage gradually become more discreet, allowing the remarkable quality of the acidity and an exceptionally pleasant, silky texture to shine through. The finish is long, defined by minerality and enriched by generous aromas of orange and hazelnut. A unique and clearly distinctive interpretation of Blanc de Blancs.
 
FOOD PAIRINGS
Perfect as an aperitif and sublime with truffles, mushrooms and assertively flavoured vegetables such as artichokes, onions and asparagus. A refined pairing with shellfish, crudités and fish dishes, as well as lasagne, crêpes and preparations served with sauces. Memorable with all types of charcuterie, including game-based cured meats, mature cheeses and every variety of bread.
