Brut

ELEGANT · FLORAL · FRUITY

A bright and seductive Rosé in which aromatic freshness meets the generous expression of the fruit.

This cuvée is crafted from a blend of 85% Pinot Meunier, 15% of which is vinified as red wine, and 15% Pinot Noir. The result is a modern and harmonious Rosé Champagne that combines elegance, structure and immediate enjoyment. In the glass, it displays a refined salmon-pink colour, delicately enhanced by luminous copper highlights. Its fine, lively and persistent perlage creates an elegant stream of bubbles and accentuates the wine’s brilliance. The nose reveals inviting aromas of strawberry and cherry, accompanied by fragrant biscuit notes and a distinctive hint of the traditional Biscuit Rose de Reims. Its aromatic expression is classic, authentic and seductive. The palate opens with a round, harmonious and delicate character. Gradually, the softness of the fruit gives way to a more defined structure, supported by freshness and lively effervescence. The texture is fine and persistent, while the finish stands out for its balance, elegance and aromatic intensity. A contemporary Rosé characterised by generous fruit and a well-defined structure which, together with its aromatic freshness, gives it excellent ageing potential.

FOOD PAIRINGS

Perfect as an aperitif and ideal with starters, fine charcuterie and roasted meats. Its fruity character also makes it particularly well suited to fruit tarts and cakes, chocolate mille-feuille and desserts with wild strawberries.
