Brut · Blanc de meuniers

INDULGENT · CREAMY · MINERAL

A distinctive and refined Blanc de Meunier, where patisserie notes and ripe fruit meet a creamy texture and a long mineral finish.

Crafted exclusively from 100% Pinot Meunier, this cuvée displays a luminous golden colour. Its sparkling and persistent effervescence creates an elegant collar of white mousse. The nose is fine, inviting and delightfully indulgent. The first aromas recall delicate sponge biscuits and freshly made waffles, accompanied by toasted hazelnut, fresh almond and white-fleshed fruit. As the wine opens, notes of stewed fruit emerge alongside subtle nuances of anise, cardamom and white pepper, completed by elegant hints of woodland undergrowth. The overall impression is complex, harmonious and beautifully integrated, as though gently polished by time. The palate opens with a soft and comforting sensation, gradually revealing a rounded, creamy and generous character. The fine, discreet effervescence allows the wine’s supple and warm texture to express itself fully. Silky and almost cashmere-like, the palate carries lingering flavours of stewed fruit and delicate oak. The finish is remarkably long and mineral, supported by freshness and enriched by refined saline notes and a subtle, elegant bitterness. A complex and distinctive expression of Pinot Meunier.

FOOD PAIRINGS

A gastronomic Champagne, particularly suited to refined dishes with tender textures. It pairs beautifully with vol-au-vent, scallops, white sausage, soufflés and creamy mushroom soup. It is also an excellent match for moderately mature cheeses such as Gruyère, Comté and Beaufort.
